Data is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the last interaction, in accordance with legal obligations (GDPR, PIPEDA). After this period, data will be anonymized or deleted.

In France / EU, only Quentin Lecomte’s team and, if necessary, technical service providers (such as the hosting provider Hostinger) have access to the data.
In Canada (PIPEDA / Law 25), data is stored in the WordPress database; all processing will respect confidentiality and individual rights under federal and Quebec law.

The website is secured with an SSL certificate (HTTPS).
Data is stored in a WordPress database protected by restricted access (hosting provider: Hostinger or Copilhost).
No data is shared with third parties unless legally required.

Article 10 – International Data Transfers

Data of European users is hosted on servers located within the European Union or in countries offering an adequate level of protection.
Data of Canadian users is also stored on servers that meet PIPEDA requirements. No unsecured transfers are made to countries without sufficient protection.
